Meet Joel Kenneth Johnson

I am an Advocate with a background in litigation, dispute resolution, and intellectual property matters. I hold a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from Symbiosis International University, an LL.M in International Trade Laws from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSIU, Bengaluru.

I have gained professional experience in corporate and commercial litigation, trademark matters, contract drafting and vetting, and legal advisory work with my professional experience across Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Kerala. Early in my practice,I gained hands-on experience in corporate and commercial litigation, trademark matters, contract drafting, and advisory work. That phase of my career helped shape how I approach legal problems—practically, carefully, and with attention to detail.I am an accredited arbitrator, an intermediate certified mediator, and a registered attorney with the Trade Marks Registry.
